In accordance with the Government directive and the prescribed programme framework, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Kalyani Government Engineering College, observed “Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee Fortnight” from 23rd June to 6th July 2026. The observance commemorated the Death Anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee on 23rd June and his Birth Anniversary on 6th July. The Department organized a series of academic, creative, environmental, literary and knowledge-based activities during the fortnight. The programmes were designed to create awareness among students and faculty members about his life, vision, contributions, ideals and legacy, while encouraging active participation and meaningful engagement.
