The Dev Community of KGEC successfully organized the 36-hour Hackathon – Binary v2 on 21st & 22nd March, 2026, bringing together some of the brightest young minds in technology and innovation.

Building upon the remarkable success of Binary v1, which received 2000+ applications and hosted 350+ coders across 100+ teams in the final 36-hour hackathon, this year’s edition aims even higher with stronger problem tracks and broader community engagement.

The event continues to create a vibrant platform for students and developers to innovate across cutting-edge domains such as AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, IoT, Hardware Systems, and more.

As an alumnus of KGEC, this is truly a proud moment to witness our juniors organizing such a large-scale and impactful event, further strengthening the legacy and brand of KGEC in the national technology ecosystem.
