Prof. Angsuman Sarkar,HOD ECE Dept. of Kalyani Govt. Engg. College has received prestijious Shiksharatna Award 2025 conferred by Govt. of West Bengal on 4th Sep.25 for his distinguished service in education in a program for Celebration of Teachers Day held at Dhono Dhanya Auditorium, Kolkata in presence of Higher Education Minister Shri Bratya Basu and Hon'ble CM Mamata Banerjee and other luminaries. 

Shiksharatna is an award given to outstanding teachers in recognition of their excellence in education and contribution to student development. It is presented by various governments or institutions to honor dedication, innovation, and impact in the field of teaching.
