Seminar on “Power System – The Paradigm Shift” Successfully Organized at KGEC

A seminar on “Power System – The Paradigm Shift” was successfully organized on 04 June 2026 at the North Block Seminar Hall, Kalyani Government Engineering College (KGEC) by the Department of Electrical Engineering, KGEC, in association with the IEEE KGEC EDS Student Branch Chapter.

The program was inaugurated by the Registrar (Officiating) of Kalyani Government Engineering College.

The keynote lecture was delivered by Dr. Vijayakumar V. Solaiselvam, Senior Software Engineer at MathWorks, Bengaluru. 

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, researchers, and students, providing an excellent platform for knowledge exchange and discussion on contemporary developments in power systems.
